Giving and down to earth, Beatrice Hernandez will be greatly missed by all who were lucky enough to know her. After years of painful medical conditions, she ultimately came to rest on April 13, 2021. Born in Texas on May 3, 1955, she and her large extended family spent most of their years in and around the Salinas Valley. She leaves behind many brothers and sisters who will miss her dearly. As one of the youngest of the siblings, she eagerly embraced her role as life of the party. Her laugh and warm nature were infectious. Her open heart and willingness to meet others where they were made her a confidante for the many nieces and nephews she leaves behind. Aside from the relationships she built with the important men in her life, none were more important than her three sons, Rolando, Esiquiel, and Luis. She would and did do anything for them. When she became a grandmother she jumped right back into the role of helping to raise them up. RJ, Mathieu, Ace, Rey, Zoe, and her youngest grandson Luis will carry a piece of her with them into the next generation and beyond. You will not be forgotten Bea, your legacy will live on in the love you showed to those closest to you. We will honor your memory and never forget how hard you fought for your family and your health. May you now rest in the peace you so dearly deserve.
A viewing will be held for Bea on Thursday, April 22nd from 9am-1pm at Healey Mortuary Chapel in Salinas.
