Obituary of Virginia Tweedy

Virginia Lee Tweedy passed away on May 13, 2022 at the age of 55.  She was born on June 6, 1966 to Robert Tweedy and Sue Martin.  

Virginia was very family oriented.  She loved being a mother, but when she became a grandmother it was the highlight of her llfe.  Her grandchildren brought her so much joy.  

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert.  She is survived by her mother, Sue; her children, Ruben Acevedo III, Anthony Acevedo, and Erika Tweedy; her grandchildren, Desiree Julia Acevedo, Ruben Acevedo IV, Adrian Cruz Acevedo; and many other loving family.

A Visitation will be held on Tues. May 24th at Healey Mortuary from 1-5pm with a prayer service at 4pm.  Her Funeral will be on Wed. May 25th at 11am at St. George's Episcopal Church, 95 Kip Dr., Salinas, Ca 93906 followed by burial at Castroville Cemetery District in Moss Landing, Ca.
