Obituary of Audrey Lee Perry

Audrey Perry passed away peacefully on November 12, 2022.  She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Raymond Perry, her son, Jeff Perry, his two children, Sean Perry and Abbey Perry, her daughter, Kim Castaneda (Rob) and her son, Jacob Raulino.

Audrey was a graduate of Watsonville High School.  She worked at North Salinas High School for many years.  She started at the high school as the main switchboard operator and later moved up in her position to the Career Center through the ROP program.  She loved working at the high school and assisting the students with their ROP classes, college, and career choices until her retirement.

.Audrey’s favorite past times include sewing, painting, and drawing.  Her true passion, however, encompassed camping and traveling adventures throughout the years.  She and Ray were able to visit all 50 states, as well as travel to the Bahamas, Portugal, and Spain.  They shared their love of travel with their children, grandchildren, and so many of their wonderful friends.  She loved her church and was devoted to her faith.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at the Salinas Valley Community Church located at 368 San Juan Grade Road, Salinas, California.  In lieu of flowers, it has been requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
