Obituary of Albert Jarschke

Albert B. Jarschke, 102, lifelong resident of Monterey county, passed away on June 11, 2014 at his home in Castroville, CA. He was born on December 2, 1911 in Ashern, Mantoba, Canada. Albert previously worked in water wells as a driller for over 65 years and retired from Spreckels Sugar Mill. Albert is survived by, his children, Francis (Shirley) Jarschke Gary Jarschke Marie Padgett Darlene (David) Nelson Jack (Patty) Jarschke Carl (Paula) Jarschke brother, Frank Jarschke 16 grandchildren 26 great-grandchildren 5 great-great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews, whom also survive. He is preceded in death by, his loving wife, Dorothy M. Jarschke daughter, Gail Jarschke and grandchildren, Tammy, Anna, Carl, Jr. and Donald. Visitation will take place on Monday, June 16, 2014 1-9pm at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd. Salinas, CA 93905. A Chapel Blessing will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2015 at 1pm at the Healey Mortuary Chapel. Burial to follow services at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery 18200 Damian Way, Salinas, CA 93907.
