Obituary of Robert Loera

Life Legacy Robert Loera, 61, longtime resident of Salinas, passed away on May 15, 2018 in Salinas. He was born on June 8, 1956 in Los Angeles, California. Robert had proudly served in the U.S. Army and went on to work as a locksmith for the U.S. Department of Defense for over 35 years. Robert is survived by his wife, Carmen Loera mother, Jessie Loera brothers, Ralph (Carol) Loera and Ronald Loera daughter, Rebecca (Erik) Ancheta and son, Robert "Bobby" Loera extended family, Veonica Rodriguez, Jennie (Jose) Escobedo, Benny Joe Rodriguez and Frank (Liz) Rodriguez along with 18 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren whom also survive. He is preceded in death by his father, Rudy Loera. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 1-9pm with an Evening Prayer Service at 7pm, all at the Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd Salinas, CA 93905. Funeral Services to take place on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 11am at Compass Church 830 Padre Dr. Salinas, CA 93901. Burial with Military Honors will follow services at the Garden of Memories Cemetery 850 Abbott St. Salinas, CA 93901. A Reception to follow all services at 1:30pm at Compass Church on Padre Dr. in the Gymnasium.
