Joe was previously employed as a postal clerk for the city of Salinas, and most rercently worked at the Food Bank of Monterey County.
Joe loved listening to all types of music, enjoyed watching WWE wrestling with his son and grandson, the Halloween holiday, and eating sweets -- but only with a cup of milk. He loved camping, BBQing, and boating at the lake with his friends and family. He was an avid Washington Redskins fan. A hobby of his included collecting nutcrackers. He was a member of the Mini Creations Truck Club. He always thought about others before himself and he never hesitated to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. Joe will be missed dearly and never forgotten.
