Bertha was always joyful and full of spirit. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by daughter Esther Rios of Soledad son Edward Rios of Soledad granddaughter Valerie Villicana of Soledad 7 sisters 1 brother along with numerous nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
