Ethel resided in Monterey County since 1939, and enjoyed being a homemaker.She was a member of Valley Baptist Church of Salinas. She is survived by her children Johnny and Priscilla Grider of Salinas David Arthur and Donna Grider of Salinas grandchildren Kimberly, Scott, Mike, Sean and Shelly great-grandchildren Aubree, Ashlee, Jill, Julie, Samantha, Justine, Colton and Daniel great-great grandchildren Daniel and Hailee preceded in death by husband Thomas A. Grider
