Obituary of Castro Sumagang

Castro B. Sumagang, 62, longtime resident of Monterey county, passed away on May 1, 2013 in Salinas. He was born on May 20, 1950 in Siquijor, Philippines. He previously worked in hospitality as a housekeeper for over 15 years. Castro is survived by his wife, Sabina Sumagang sons, Bryan and Lister Sumagang sister, Hilaria Sumagang brothers, Saturino, Evaresto, Eutimio and Felipe, Jr. Sumagang Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2013 1-9pm with a Rosary recital at 5pm, all at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd. Salinas, CA 93905. A Celebration Mass will take place on May 6, 2013 at 10am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 22 Stone St. Salinas, CA 93901. Burial to follow services at the Garden of Memories Cemetery 850 Abbott St. Salinas, CA 93901.
