Obituary of Angelina Moreno

Angelina Moreno, 72, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2023 in Salinas, Ca. Angelina was born on Sep 13, 1950 and was the youngest of 12 children born to Manuel and Angela Moreno. She was born in Hollister, Ca and raised in Prunedale, Ca before moving to Salinas, Ca in 1982 with her 2 children.

Angelina was preceded in death by her father, Manuel Moreno, her mother, Angela Moreno and 7 siblings. She was also preceded in death by her companion of 10 years, Carl Jeffries. Angelina is survived by her son, Vincent Moreno, and her daughter, Esther Guzman. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, Sergio Guzman (Suzie), Liliana Guzman, Adrianna Guzman, Angelina Guzman and Gabriella Guzman. She is survived by 1 great-granddaughter, Everleigh Guzman. She is also survived by her brothers, Eddie Moreno and Manuel Moreno, her sisters Teresa Scott and Juanita Ramirez and numerous nieces and nephews.

Angelina loved sports and especially enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sporting events. She was a faithful SF Giants and SF 49ers fan. She was an avid Family Feud and Catch 21 fan. She was a great mother, nana, and sister that was loved by all her family. She will be missed.

Services will be held on Wed, Aug 2, 2023 at Healey Mortuary in Salinas, Ca. Viewing will be from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Funeral will be from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
