Obituary of Rodolfo T. Granados

On Sunday, August 20, 2023, Rodolfo (“Rudy”) Tomada Granados, passed away at the age of 81, at home in Salinas, California, surrounded by his wife and children.

He was born on June 4, 1942 in Cebu City, Philippines. Rudy was a lifelong resident of Salinas, California as he immigrated to the United States in August 1971. He worked over 30 years for a winery in Soledad and Gonzales before retiring.

He is survived by his wife, Imelda Granados; his daughter, Rhoda Martinez and her husband, Joey Martinez; his daughter, Melissa Granados; his son, Rommelle Granados and his wife Elvira Granados, her daughter, Phoeynx Granados; and his granddaughter, Isabella Granados.

The family will hold a viewing on Monday, August 28, 2023 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at Healey Mortuary, located at 405 North Sanborn Rd., Salinas, California 93905.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 am on Tuesday, August, 29, 2023 at Sacred Heart Church, located at 22 Stone Street, Salinas, California 93901. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Memorial Park.
